There is no “one” way to health. Your journey is unique, your way.
Hi! I’m Elizabeth
Health coaching for me is personal. After having health issues of my own, I became a health coach to help others. My mission has always been to provide a calm and nurturing space for my clients to explore and move towards what a healthy and authentic life means to them. I truly believe we have a lot of power in our hands in how well we maintain our healthy habits. I have witnessed, many times, how changing our habits can have a powerful ripple effect into other areas of one’s life. I’m certified with MindBodyGreen, and Institute of Integrative Nutrition since 2013. I’m also board certified with the NBHWC. I’ve also done continuing education in Whole-Being Coaching as taught by Dr. Linda Bark. I’m a certified Pilates trainer, having taught Pilates for 18 years. I have my B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin. I’m also bilingual in Spanish and English.
My Process
I have a very unique system on how I coach. I call it the three C’s: Clarity, Customized, and Creative Solutions. This is what makes my style unique, and why my clients feel heard, while get the results they are looking for, with plenty of variety, possibilities, and dare I say it…while having fun too.
Fun facts about me
I’m a dancer
I danced ballet with Ballet Austin, and I lived in Seville for seven years to learn, train, and perform Flamenco and Belly dance. Dance is one of my favorite ways to express myself. Check out my Andalusi Dance Class to learn more.
I’ve published two books
I’ve written and published two books about health and wellness. Put on the Blindfold and Jump: A Survival Guide To Staying Healthy During Change, and Get Wedding Ready: A Guide To Staying Healthy and Sane Before Tying The Knot. I am currently writing a book and I hope to publish it in 2025. You can order my books here.
I’m a bibliophile
I highly believe in bibliotherapy and adore reading as a way de-stress, stir up creativity, and to learn more about health and wellness. I have a special tea and reading ritual I do every day for centering myself.
I love to cook & I learned later in life
I didn’t learn how to really cook until I was thirty. It’s never too late to learn and it is hands down, one of the best things I did for my health. I like to call myself a recipe curator! I find the best ones and share them with my community. Sign up for my newsletter so you can get some wonderful recipes and healthy tips I only share with my tribe!
