My Approach
I work with individuals to create and implement the habits that support their health for the main purpose of longevity. We target habits around nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and more areas that also impact well-being like career, creativity, spirituality, relationships, and other mindfulness tools.
When you work with me, your sessions are customized to your needs, wants, and values. Every session is a collaboration, where we work together to create the wellness plan that is realistic, achievable and sustainable.
Having strategies, support, and accountability can really help you get results faster! I’m known for my positive, gentle encouragement and honesty. I also shine a light on the possible barriers, and help you figure out the tools to move you forward. I have experience working with those living with Multiple Sclerosis, as well as with women’s hormone imbalance, pre-diabetes and diabetes. All sessions are conveniently online, in a positive, nurturing, and non-judgmental space for you to grow.
